WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING DO ATTORNEYS AND JUDGES HAVE?

Local lawyers, judges, and law enforcement officials train and prepare interested students for the SYC bar exam. Students must score of 85% or higher on the bar exam to become attorneys. Like real attorneys, these students must demonstrate that they know the policies and procedures of the SYC.  Training is offered once a semester. Once the new students pass the bar exam, they added to the trial roster with the veteran members. Veteran attorneys are selected to become judges after further demonstrating their knowledge on polices and procedures through case work. After being selected to be a judge, the attorney will receive specific judge related training.
